1. Общие положения

1.1. Настоящая Политика конфиденциальности (далее - «Политика») определяет порядок обработки и защиты персональных данных пользователей сервиса Peraide (далее - «Сервис») Индивидуальным предпринимателем Харламовым Сергеем Сергеевичем (ИНН 773433796952), далее - «Оператор».

1.2. Сервис - программный AI-ассистент, доступный через Telegram-бот @peraide_bot, и сайт peraide.app. Пользователь - лицо, использующее Сервис.

1.3. Обработка персональных данных ведётся в соответствии с Федеральным законом от 27.07.2006 № 152-ФЗ «О персональных данных». Политика дополняет Публичную оферту. Используя Сервис, Пользователь соглашается с Политикой.

1.4. Сервис не предназначен для лиц младше 18 лет.

2. Обрабатываемые данные

2.1. Оператор обрабатывает:

• данные Telegram-аккаунта Пользователя: идентификатор, имя пользователя, имя, язык;
• сообщения, голосовые сообщения и файлы, которые Пользователь отправляет ассистенту, и ответы ассистента;
• сведения, которые ассистент сохраняет в долгосрочной памяти, чтобы учитывать их в следующих разговорах;
• учётные данные сервисов, которые Пользователь подключил к ассистенту (календарь, почта, репозитории и др.), и данные, которые ассистент получает из них по запросу Пользователя;
• если Пользователь подключил свой аккаунт Telegram в режиме секретаря, - переписку выбранных Пользователем чатов, включая сообщения других лиц, за выбранный Пользователем срок;
• файлы в хранилище Пользователя;
• сведения о платежах: сумму, тариф, статус платежа, идентификатор привязанной карты в банке. Номер карты Оператор не получает и не хранит;
• технические сведения: время и объём запросов, расход ресурсов, ошибки, журнал действий с аккаунтом;
• сведения о посещении сайта, которые собирают сервисы веб-аналитики Google Analytics и Яндекс Метрика с помощью файлов cookie.

3. Цели обработки

3.1. Данные обрабатываются, чтобы оказывать услуги Сервиса: отвечать на сообщения Пользователя, выполнять действия по его поручению, учитывать контекст разговоров, принимать оплату, отвечать на обращения в поддержку, обеспечивать безопасность Сервиса и предотвращать злоупотребления.

3.2. Оператор не продаёт данные Пользователя, не использует их в рекламе и для обучения моделей искусственного интеллекта.

4. Передача данных третьим лицам

4.1. Оператор передаёт данные третьим лицам только в объёме, необходимом для оказания услуг:

• Telegram - для обмена сообщениями с ботом;
• поставщику модели искусственного интеллекта, который формирует ответ ассистента, - содержание разговора, в том числе сведения, полученные ассистентом из подключённых сервисов. Встроенный поставщик Сервиса - OpenAI; в его настройках использование данных для обучения моделей отключено. Если Пользователь подключил собственного поставщика, данные передаются ему на условиях договора Пользователя с этим поставщиком;
• Tavily - поисковые запросы, когда ассистент выполняет поиск в интернете;
• АО «ТБанк» - сведения о платежах;
• сервисам, которые Пользователь подключил к ассистенту, - в объёме действий, которые Пользователь поручил ассистенту;
• Google и Яндексу - сведения о посещении сайта.

4.2. Распознавание голосовых сообщений и поиск по долгосрочной памяти выполняются на серверах Оператора; эти данные сторонним сервисам искусственного интеллекта не передаются.

4.3. Государственным органам данные предоставляются только в случаях, предусмотренных законом.

5. Защита данных

5.1. Оператор принимает правовые, организационные и технические меры для защиты данных, в том числе:

• передаёт данные по защищённым каналам связи; соединение с адресом, который Пользователь указал сам, выполняется так, как Пользователь его задал;
• хранит учётные данные подключённых сервисов и поставщиков моделей, токены ботов и платёжные токены в зашифрованном виде; ключ шифрования хранится отдельно от данных;
• ограничивает доступ к серверам и базам данных кругом лиц, обслуживающих Сервис;
• изолирует данные каждого Пользователя от данных других пользователей;
• не записывает содержание переписки, писем и событий календаря в технические журналы и журнал аудита.

5.2. Работники Оператора не знакомятся с перепиской Пользователя, кроме случаев, когда Пользователь сам передал её в поддержку, когда это необходимо для расследования злоупотреблений или инцидента безопасности, либо когда этого требует закон.

6. Сроки хранения и удаление

6.1. Переписка с ассистентом хранится до удаления аккаунта.

6.2. Долгосрочная память хранится, пока Пользователь не удалит запись или не очистит память.

6.3. Файлы в хранилище хранятся, пока Пользователь их не удалит, в том числе после отключения сервиса, из которого они получены. Переписка, записанная в режиме секретаря, удаляется по истечении выбранного Пользователем срока (от 1 до 30 дней); записанное до отключения режима хранится до удаления файлов.

6.4. При отключении сервиса его учётные данные удаляются немедленно. Если сервис подключён через вход в Google, Яндекс, GitHub или GitLab.com, Оператор также отзывает выданный доступ; токены и пароли приложений, созданные Пользователем самостоятельно, а также доступ Mail.ru Пользователь отзывает в соответствующем сервисе сам.

6.5. При удалении аккаунта доступ к Сервису прекращается сразу. В течение 30 дней аккаунт можно восстановить, по истечении этого срока все данные Пользователя удаляются безвозвратно, а доступы к подключённым сервисам отзываются. Обращения в поддержку удаляются вместе с аккаунтом, при этом сохраняются в рабочем чате поддержки в Telegram.

6.6. Резервные копии хранятся не более 30 дней.

6.7. Журнал аудита и журнал событий Сервиса хранятся 365 дней, учёт запросов и расхода ресурсов - пока существует аккаунт; содержания переписки они не включают. Сведения веб-аналитики хранятся по правилам Google Analytics и Яндекс Метрики.

7. Данные пользователей Google

7.1. Раздел применяется к данным, которые Сервис получает через API Google, когда Пользователь подключает Google Календарь.

7.2. Получаемые данные: список календарей Пользователя и адрес основного календаря (адрес аккаунта Google); события календарей - название, время, описание, место, участники и их ответы; сведения о занятости.

7.3. Использование. Данные используются только для функций календаря, которые Пользователь вызывает в разговоре с ассистентом: показать расписание, создать, изменить или удалить событие, пригласить участников, ответить на приглашение, определить свободное время. Адрес аккаунта Google служит названием подключения.

7.4. Передача. Полученные данные календаря передаются поставщику модели искусственного интеллекта, формирующему ответ (п. 4.1), и Пользователю в Telegram. Данные Google не продаются, не используются в рекламе, для оценки кредитоспособности, а также для создания, обучения или улучшения моделей искусственного интеллекта и машинного обучения - ни Оператором, ни третьими лицами.

7.5. Защита. Учётные данные Google хранятся в зашифрованном виде, обмен данными с Google ведётся по защищённым каналам связи.

7.6. Хранение и удаление. Оператор не сохраняет данные календаря, кроме сведений, которые Пользователь поручил ассистенту запомнить или сохранить в файл. Ответы ассистента остаются в переписке и удаляются вместе с аккаунтом (п. 6.5). Учётные данные Google удаляются немедленно при отключении календаря, а при удалении аккаунта - по истечении 30 дней; в обоих случаях Оператор отзывает доступ Сервиса в Google. Пользователь может отозвать доступ самостоятельно на странице myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7.7. Limited Use. Использование и передача данных, полученных через API Google, соответствуют Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.

7.8. Прежде чем использовать данные Google иначе, чем описано в этом разделе, Оператор уведомляет Пользователя и запрашивает его согласие.

8. Права Пользователя

8.1. Пользователь вправе очистить память ассистента, отключить подключённые сервисы и удалить аккаунт в боте, а также запросить сведения об обработке своих данных, их выгрузку, уточнение или удаление.

8.2. Запросы направляются на адрес peraide.team@gmail.com. Оператор отвечает в течение 10 рабочих дней.

9. Изменение Политики

9.1. Оператор вправе изменять Политику. Новая редакция публикуется на этой странице с указанием даты и вступает в силу с момента публикации.

Privacy Policy

Effective October 9, 2026. This is a translation; if the versions differ, the Russian version prevails.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets out how the sole proprietor Sergey Sergeevich Kharlamov (INN 773433796952), the "Operator", processes and protects the personal data of users of the Peraide service (the "Service").

1.2. The Service is a software AI assistant available through the Telegram bot @peraide_bot, and the website peraide.app. A User is a person who uses the Service.

1.3. Personal data is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data". The Policy supplements the Public Offer. By using the Service, the User agrees to the Policy.

1.4. The Service is not intended for persons under 18.

2. Data processed

2.1. The Operator processes:

• the User's Telegram account data: identifier, username, name, language;
• messages, voice messages and files the User sends to the assistant, and the assistant's replies;
• information the assistant keeps in long-term memory to take it into account in later conversations;
• credentials of services the User connected to the assistant (calendar, mail, repositories, etc.) and data the assistant obtains from them at the User's request;
• if the User connected their own Telegram account in secretary mode, the messages of chats the User chose, including messages of other persons, for the period the User chose;
• files in the User's storage;
• payment information: amount, plan, payment status, the bank's identifier of a saved card. The Operator does not receive or store card numbers;
• technical information: request times and volume, resource usage, errors, a log of account actions;
• website visit information collected by the web analytics services Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica using cookies.

3. Purposes of processing

3.1. Data is processed to provide the Service: answer the User's messages, perform actions on the User's instructions, take conversation context into account, accept payments, answer support requests, keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

3.2. The Operator does not sell User data and does not use it for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models.

4. Disclosure to third parties

4.1. The Operator discloses data to third parties only to the extent needed to provide the Service:

• Telegram - to exchange messages with the bot;
• the artificial intelligence model provider that composes the assistant's reply - the conversation, including information the assistant obtained from connected services. The Service's built-in provider is OpenAI, with the use of data for model training turned off in its settings. If the User connected their own provider, data is sent to it under the User's own agreement with that provider;
• Tavily - search queries when the assistant searches the web;
• JSC "TBank" - payment information;
• services the User connected to the assistant - to the extent of the actions the User instructed the assistant to perform;
• Google and Yandex - website visit information.

4.2. Voice message recognition and search over long-term memory run on the Operator's servers; this data is not sent to third-party artificial intelligence services.

4.3. Data is provided to public authorities only where the law requires it.

5. Data protection

5.1. The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data, including:

• transmitting data over secure channels; a connection to an address the User entered is made the way the User set it;
• storing credentials of connected services and model providers, bot tokens and payment tokens encrypted, with the encryption key kept separately from the data;
• limiting access to servers and databases to the persons who operate the Service;
• isolating each User's data from other users' data;
• not writing the content of conversations, emails and calendar events to technical logs or the audit log.

5.2. The Operator's staff do not read the User's conversations, except where the User shared them with support, where needed to investigate abuse or a security incident, or where the law requires it.

6. Retention and deletion

6.1. Conversations with the assistant are kept until the account is deleted.

6.2. Long-term memory is kept until the User deletes an entry or clears the memory.

6.3. Files in storage are kept until the User deletes them, including after the service they came from is disconnected. Messages recorded in secretary mode are deleted after the period the User chose (1 to 30 days); what was recorded before the mode was turned off is kept until the files are deleted.

6.4. When a service is disconnected, its credentials are deleted at once. If the service was connected by signing in with Google, Yandex, GitHub or GitLab.com, the Operator also revokes the access granted; tokens and app passwords the User created, as well as Mail.ru access, are revoked by the User at the respective service.

6.5. When the account is deleted, access to the Service ends at once. The account can be restored within 30 days; after that all of the User's data is deleted permanently and access to connected services is revoked. Support requests are deleted with the account but remain in the support team's Telegram chat.

6.6. Backups are kept for no longer than 30 days.

6.7. The audit log and the Service's event log are kept for 365 days, request and resource accounting for as long as the account exists; they do not include the content of conversations. Web analytics data is kept under the rules of Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica.

7. Google user data

7.1. This section applies to data the Service receives through Google APIs when the User connects Google Calendar.

7.2. Data accessed: the list of the User's calendars and the address of the primary calendar (the Google account address); calendar events - title, time, description, location, attendees and their responses; free/busy information.

7.3. Use. The data is used only for the calendar features the User invokes in a conversation with the assistant: show the schedule, create, change or delete an event, invite attendees, respond to an invitation, find free time. The Google account address names the connection.

7.4. Sharing. Calendar data obtained is passed to the artificial intelligence model provider composing the reply (clause 4.1) and to the User in Telegram. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to determine creditworthiness, and not used to create, train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models - neither by the Operator nor by third parties.

7.5. Protection. Google credentials are stored encrypted; data is exchanged with Google over secure channels.

7.6. Retention and deletion. The Operator does not store calendar data, except information the User instructed the assistant to remember or save to a file. The assistant's replies stay in the conversation and are deleted with the account (clause 6.5). Google credentials are deleted at once when the calendar is disconnected, and 30 days after the account is deleted; in both cases the Operator revokes the Service's access at Google. The User can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

7.7. Limited Use. Peraide's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7.8. Before using Google user data in a way other than described in this section, the Operator notifies the User and asks for their consent.

8. User rights

8.1. The User may clear the assistant's memory, disconnect connected services and delete the account in the bot, and may request information about the processing of their data, its export, correction or deletion.

8.2. Requests are sent to peraide.team@gmail.com. The Operator replies within 10 business days.

9. Changes to the Policy

9.1. The Operator may change the Policy. A new version is published on this page with its date and takes effect when published.
